Burks Tractor Company seeks Experienced Diesel Technicians for our service facilities in Caldwell and Twin Falls locations. We are a growing and fast paced business that is looking to expand our in shop / field personnel. 
 
  • Applicants should be experienced in troubleshooting and diagnosing engine, hydraulic, power train, air conditioning, and electrical systems in Agriculture and construction equipment. The candidate must be able to use electronic service tools (EST), work with online service and parts manuals, and have excellent customer service skills.
  • The candidate needs to be personable, self-motivated, show a willingness to research difficult problems, and handle and prioritize multiple tasks. The candidate must be able to manage their time, be a team player, and work well under the high paced atmosphere of this department.
  • If you are a self starter, punctual, good attitude, and want to improve your professional skills by attending annually sponsored OEM and dealership technical schools, apply for this job.

  • Responsibilities and duties include washing and detailing equipment, delivering equipment, assembling tractor accessories, keeping equimpent yard and shop floor clean and in order, recieving equipment deliveries, as well as other miscellaneous duties.
